Salesforce Engineer, you will bring your technical skills to a

Engineering - Contact Center team reporting to the Director
Principal Platform Architect, you will support projects including
our Next Gen Contact Center Platform, Reservation and Booking

make your work unique.What your day-to-day will be like:Contribute
toDesign, Develop, and Testhighlycustomized Salesforce applications
using Lightning Web Components and Aura ComponentsBe the technical
Lead and provide domain expertise for Salesforce-related
development projectsWork with Solution Architect, Partners, and
other Software Engineers to translate requirements into functional
applicationsMaintain codebase, resolve technical issues, and find
opportunities for performance and feature improvementsMaintain
environment strategy, including procedures for code versioning,
release management, and deployment processRemain current on
Salesforce.com product enhancement, release schedules, and
optimizations to existing codebase with a focus on improving
operational efficiencyHow you will collaborate with others:Partner
with the Product Team to understand requirements, build functional
design documentation, and develop technology solutions that align
with our goalsWork with multiple internal IT groups to integrate
solution components in Salesforce and understand technical
dependencies and its implicationsProvide support to product
development regarding escalation, estimation, prioritization, and
help manage the backlogProvide advice, mentorship, and assistance
to junior engineers to develop staff capabilitiesWhat projects you
will take ownership of:Hilton's Next Gen Contact Center App built
on Salesforce Platform and continue to improve using Lightning Web
Components, Lightning Flows, Automation APIs, and other Platform
CapabilitiesModern Frameworks and Design Patterns for better
scalability of the applications, including new and advanced
capabilities in partnership with all Hilton Digital ChannelsWHY
YOU'LL BE A GREAT FITYou have these minimum qualifications:Seven
(7) years of professional experiencein Technology or a related
fieldSix (6) years of experiencein a full-lifecycle software
development roleFive (5) years of experiencedeveloping custom
applications on the Salesforce platform, including using Apex,
Lightning Web Components, HTML/JavaScript/CSS, SOQL/SOSL, Triggers,
API Integrations, Batch Apex, Workflows, Process Builder, and
Lightning FlowsThree (3) years of experiencein Lightning
configuration, features, and architectureAbility to travel up to
10%It would be useful if you have:Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's
Degree plus6 years of Technology related experience, or High School
Degree/GED plus12 years of Technology related experienceExperience
leading the development of Salesforce solutions in an enterprise
environmentSalesforce Platform Developer II and Salesforce Service
Cloud Consultant certificationsExpert-level knowledge of Service
Cloud development, configuration, features, and
architectureExperience integrating Salesforce.com with external
systems using the Salesforce.com API, and third-party REST-based
APIs and integration tools (marketing automation, business
intelligence,ETL)Proficiency in JavaScript and JavaScript
frameworks such as React, and Angular. Solid grasp of newer
ECMAScript specificationsExperience implementing both authenticated
