  How You Will Make an Impact:
  As a Regional Director of Care, you will play a vital role in overseeing the clinical operations across multiple senior living communities. Your expertise in senior care will ensure high-quality resident outcomes, regulatory compliance, and staff development while fostering a compassionate and service-driven culture. You will work closely with care teams, executive directors, and regional leadership to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership to care departments across multiple AL, IL, and MC communities
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies
  • Oversee clinical training, staff development, and performance management
  • Collaborate with community teams to enhance resident care and satisfaction
  • Monitor quality assurance programs, audits, and risk management initiatives
  • Support census growth by maintaining high standards of care and service
  • Work with executive directors and leadership teams to achieve operational goal
    Schedule & Travel Requirements:
    • Full-time regional role with on-call responsibilities
    • Regular travel across communities in Virginia and West Virginia
    • Flexible schedule based on operational needs
      Qualifications & Skills Required:
      • Minimum of 5 years in a senior-level care management role in Senior Living
      • Nursing degree and active license required
      • Strong leadership and team development skills
      • In-depth knowledge of senior care regulations and compliance
      • Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop clinical teams
      • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
        Preferred Qualifications:
        • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Management, or Healthcare Management
        • 8+ years of senior living care experience with a track record of successful leadership
        • Experience in multi-site care management
