Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Corporate
Development & Investor Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the quarterly earnings process and shape the investor
relations narrative
Drive long-term corporate strategy and identify new growth
opportunities
Source and evaluate M&A and investment opportunities while
supporting capital markets activities
Required Qualifications
10+ years of total work experience, including 4+ years in
investment banking and 2+ years in investor relations
Experience in Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development, or
Strategic Finance preferred
Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and corporate
finance
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence
stakeholders
Experience managing high-performing teams and developing talent
