Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Business Systems.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the strategy and management of the business systems
tech stack focusing on user experience and efficiency
Manage and mentor a team of Business Systems analysts in the CX and
HRIS space
Lead full-scale implementations of new technologies, including
requirements design, functionality building, testing, and user
training
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Business Systems or System Architecture
roles with a focus on system strategy and management
3-5 years of team leadership experience, managing business analysts
or technical staff
Deep technical expertise with common enterprise systems, preferably
as a Zendesk Administrator
Proven history of continuous learning and staying ahead of
technology trends
Experience managing HRIS systems and integrations is a plus
