A company is looking for a Recovery Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Focus on recovery, collections, and optimization of recovery
processes
Collaborate with third-party agencies to reduce recovery time and
optimize outcomes
Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly recovery performance trend
analysis and deliver KPI reporting
Required Qualifications
Strong background in recovery operations with an analytical
mindset
Experience in lending and awareness of regulatory guidelines
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with recovery and collections operations
Ability to develop relationships with Credit Risk Analysts to
improve portfolio performance
