COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Outpatient Psychiatry

• Salary: MGMA Base - ability to make $300+ yearly -
  
• Optional call: Phone call only coverage pays $1,500
  
• NP supervision optional: -$1,500 -for NP -supervision. Supervise up to 4 -
  
• Benefit coverage -paid: Day 1
  
• PTO: 27 days
  
• CME: 5 days $3,000

  • Clinic hours: 8a-5p
    
  • Outpatient - Psych evaluations - allotted 60 minutes, client transfers - allotted 30 minutes, Medical Management - allotted -20 minutes
    
  • Our services include: Community Outreach/Wrap around care program/Addiction recovery/Crisis/Intellectual Disabilities/Primary Health Care.
