Job Description:

NEEDED: Certified Nursing Assistant LOCATION: 1600 Industrial Park Road, Beaver, WV, 25813 HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day, between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, not to exceed 40 hours per week
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Shall possess specialty training from an approved accredited Medical Nursing Assistant Program (a certificate of completion is strongly recommended).
• Shall be certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) in accordance with the American Heart Association
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience providing certified nursing assistant services. DUTIES: Duties include by not limited to:
  • Printing and managing call out lists
  • General triage procedures, vital signs, blood glucose checks
  • Providing general assistance to nurses, mid-level providers and physicians
  • Reading PPDs
  • Completion and documentation of NMOS orders
  • Tracking inmates that do not show for call outs
  • Stocking supplies
  • Charting observations and tasks completed in the inmate's medical records chart
  • Assist with sanitation of patient care areas and
  • Observe infection control procedures and universal precautions.
