Job Description:Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Gallipolis, Ohio for a contract assignment at a partnering supported living center. • $2,400 - $2,566 per week
• 25-week contract with possibility of extension
• NP
• Supported living center
• This is a group home setting
• Heavy Med Pass
• Duties can include: food prep, light housekeeping and laundry
• Patient acuity may vary by location
• AM shift available
• Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Nurse Practitioner services at the facility
• Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
• Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals.     • Ohio Nurse Practitioner License
    • AHA BLS
    • 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
