• Certification Details
• - ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ONLY! Required for all RNs. Not required for Cath Lab Tech.)
• - BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA ONLY! Required for ALL candidates including Cath Lab Tech, LTC, & Rehab. Not required for Ambulatory Care, Dieticians, Histology Techs, and MLTs)
• - PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA only. Required for Maternity and Family Services, ED/ER, Cardiac LLC Cath, PACU. Preferred but not required for Critical Care. Not required for Cath Lab Tech)
• - NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (AAP/AHA required for Maternity and Family)
• - CCRN - Critical Care RN (Required for Critical Care)
• - TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC preferred, but not required for ER.)
• - Tech Cert Verification - National (Histology Techs - national certification is preferred, but not required. MLT/MLS - national certification required)
• - HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement (For Aya: Aya HIPAA Required. For Subs: Either signed Lotus HIPAA form (preferred) OR Core testing is acceptable.)
• - State License 1 Verification (Primary Source Verification required. RNs must have an active single state or compact license with no board action.)
• - NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) (NURSYS Verification required for RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
• - CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI certification required for Behavioral Health/Psych)

      • LPN Need: Nights, 7pm-7:30am
