Job Description:
A company is looking for a Clinical Services Coordinator (Heart
Hero) (CST).
Key Responsibilities
Manage all patient communication, including outreach, scheduling,
and billing follow-up
Coordinate virtual visits and outpatient procedures with internal
and external parties
Document and report on customer and account data while identifying
opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
3+ years in a clinical or operational role supporting patient
care
Experience in medical assistance
Strong data and analytics skills
Ability to document workflows and communicate effectively across
teams
Proactive and adaptable with strong organizational skills
