Job Description:
A company is looking for a Voice Speech Tuning Audio
Specialist/Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze calls and data to identify tuning needs in Natural Language
Processing
Implement changes to the tuning engine based on identified issues
in grammar sets
Research unrecognized speech or false positives to adjust the
tuning engine effectively
Required Qualifications
In-depth knowledge and experience in speech tuning for voice
recognition applications
Understanding of data analysis and recording evaluation for
improved recognition
Experience as an audio engineer or specialist with the ability to
make tuning recommendations
Familiarity with Microsoft Speech Studio and STT/TTS solutions
Preferably knowledgeable about AudioCodes portal or tuning
processes
