Job Description:
A company is looking for a Document Imaging Supervisor to
oversee daily operations and staff management within the document
management system.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise staff and manage daily workload distribution and
scheduling
Ensure compliance with medical record policies and handle
performance evaluations and issues
Monitor quality and productivity metrics, identifying opportunities
for process improvement
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required
RHIT certification required
Minimum of 2 years related work experience in a hospital or
healthcare system
Knowledge of electronic health records and related workflows
Basic computer skills including Windows, Word, Excel, and email
