A company is looking for a Contract Associate/Juris Doctorate -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business areas to identify opportunities for process
integration and growth
Draft and negotiate purchase agreements for supplies and
services
Maintain knowledge of laws and regulations in contracts and
healthcare, and assist in developing contractual policies
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctorate with prior litigation, ADR, or transactional
negotiation experience
Minimum 3 years of legal experience focused on corporate and
healthcare matters or third-party transactional contracting
