Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Search Consultant to shape
leadership within client organizations and the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Hiring Managers to define executive search objectives
and requirements
Develop research strategies to identify and evaluate potential
executive candidates
Provide strategic talent advisory and maintain the integrity of the
Applicant Tracking System
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in
executive search or related fields, or an advanced degree with a
minimum of 8 years of experience
Significant experience in identifying and engaging senior-level
talent
Proficiency in advanced sourcing techniques and recruitment
technologies
Experience in preparing reports and presentations summarizing
research findings and market insights
Ability to maintain confidentiality and build strong relationships
with candidates
