  • 4S CV Med Tele RN
  • 3x12 or 4x12 Nights 7p-7a, weekdays, every other weekend, float
  • Orientation held every other week on Thursday
  • Unit Info: Pulmonary (16 monitored pulmonary/card beds), medicine, cardiac, med/surg adult and geriatric age range. A full telemetry floor with centralized monitoring with a tech.
  • Ratios: 1:5
  • Skills Req: Cardiac Tele/Telemetry experience required
  • Years of experience REQ: 2 Years
  • First-timers accepted: Yes - if experience requirements met
  • Weekend REQ: Every other weekend required
  • Can be floated within scope if needed
  • Manager cannot guarantee blocked schedule requests
  • 100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval)
  • 36hrs guaranteed
  • RTO Restrictions: none - just discuss with manager during interview

    • WV/Compact RN License required - can submit with pending RN license
    • 2 Years of experience required
    • BLS, ACLS required
