  • Ensure the highest level of customer service is provided to guests visiting the property
  • Maintain quality control for all food and beverages served throughout all Food and Beverage outlets.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by promoting excellent service.
  • Respond to customer concerns tactfully and professionally ensuring the guest receives the best experience.
  • Provide continuous training of staff, overseeing product preparation, presentation, and recipe accuracy.
  • Display leadership skills to direct, supervise, and motivate the food and beverage staff effectively and encourage the growth and development of team members. More about you
    • No college degree required
    • Minimum of 1 year previous supervisory experience in a hospitality setting
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel
    • Excellent guest service and communication skills
    • Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment Physical requirements
      • Ability to remain standing for extended periods of time
      • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs Shift details Evening shift
